We do not currently accept returns or exchanges.

Orders are currently being shipped from Brooklyn, New York.

Please allow up to four weeks for your order to be cut, sewn, and packaged. You will be sent an email once your order has been shipped. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order and take into consideration if you will still be at the address for the estimated turnaround.

mardôm is not responsible for lost or missing packages. If your item is lost or stolen please file a claim with the shipping courier immediately and provide them with your tracking number.
